Fabulous Favours

Before you start gathering sugared almonds up into little organza bags see if you can find some inspiration for a different kind of wedding favour right here:

You might want to consider the increasingly popular 'charity' favour(top left) which is where the couple can either donate £xxx to their chosen charity in place of guest favours or they purchase charity pins as the actual favour or maybe an Eco-friendly favour is more your style, if so you could make bird seed hearts (bottom middle) and attach a message using recycled paper or give your guests some garden seeds (2nd row left) a nice touch to this is make them for the flowers used in your bouquet. Maybe you would prefer to keep your favours in the theme of your wedding so if your day is a shabby chic wedding select some trinkets such as the door hanger heart (top right) to fit with the theme or if you are trying to DIY your wedding as much as possible try making some little jars of jam with messages stuck on as labels or baking your own biscuits and icing guests names onto them (top middle).
